If you’re used to holding everything together on your own, therapy can feel like a big step. You may look like you’re functioning well on the outside, but underneath feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck. You don’t have to carry that alone here.
Our work together is collaborative and responsive. We’ll focus on understanding the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, building practical tools to manage anxiety and stress, and, when appropriate, addressing deeper experiences that may still be shaping the present.
Depending on your needs, we may integrate approaches like CBT, ERP, or EMDR. I may also suggest reflections or exercises between sessions to support progress outside of our time together.
My goal is for therapy to feel grounded, thoughtful, and real — not just insight in the room, but meaningful shifts in how you experience your life and relationships.
