Will I benefit from therapy? +
Therapy can absolutely be beneficial to a multitude of different circumstances. If you are open and willing to put in the work and utilize the therapeutic tools given, there is potential to improve functioning and mental wellbeing.
How long is a typical session? +
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes long.
Couples/Family sessions are either 50 or 80 minutes long, depending on the couple's/family's needs.
How much does therapy cost? +

Sliding Scale: I have limited spots and only offer a sliding scale for those available for weekly sessions
What forms of payment do you accept? +
I accept Credit Cards, Health Savings Account, Venmo, and Zelle.
Do you conduct virtual sessions? +
Yes, all sessions are conducted on HIPAA compliant video or phone platforms.
Do you accept insurance? +
Yes, I accept the following:

- Harvard Pilgrim
I also can provide out of network services and can provide you a superbill for individual therapy sessions (if your insurance covers OON Providers). A superbill is similar to an invoice that you submit to your insurance provider and depending on your coverage you may be able to receive reimbursement for the cost of session.
